"The restaurant was excellent. The architectural interior design of both the indoor dining area and the basement toilet area was impressive, showing great attention to detail and good taste. The food was exceptionally good — while the ribs were a bit basic, everything else was outstanding. The local craft beer from a nearby manufacturer was also a highlight."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 — Incredible vegetarian-friendly Italian! Ate at Cucina di Paolo and wow… the food was absolutely amazing, especially if you’re vegetarian. I started with the Caprese + bruschetta appetizer and the flavors were so rich and fresh. Then I had the Margherita pizza—I genuinely didn’t think I could finish the whole pizza by myself… but I did. That’s how delicious it was. The service was outstanding, warm and attentive. And even though I was full, I had to try the tiramisu—it did not disappoint. So, so good. Highly recommend. I’ll definitely be back!"

"I visited this restaurant during my visit in Sibiu. The stuff was friendly. I had a beef salad and a steak. The salad was great and pretty tasty though it had no salt so I had to add it. The steak was not rested and in result it was very tough to begin with and not a great cut. I would recommend you to order something else."

"Very authentic Italian restaurant! The historic building which was remodelled for this restaurant is a “piece’ for itself. The service was amazing and the staff was smiling and friendly like nowhere. The food was served fast and at the right temperature. The pizza was like in Napoli and the pasta dishes were made to perfection. The dessert had a local twist but were great as well. Could not wish a better place in such a beautiful city!"
